Description: Infiniti Media INC is an online offering where individuals or entities that have signed up with Infiniti Media INC as clients (each, a "Client") can post specific assignments and project descriptions, including samples or other media (each, a "Creative/Project Brief"), revise those briefs (each, a "Revision Brief") and obtain responses (each, a "Response") to those Revision Briefs from experts retained Infiniti Media INC ("Members"). Infiniti Media INC will provide you, as the Client, the Service according to the package/project scope you have chosen. Your Responses will be created iteratively through a drafting cycle of brief, ultimately resulting in a final Response conforming to your various Creative and Revision Briefs.

Conditions for Refunds are nil if;

• The cancellation has been made due to reasons unrelated to the company.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• Other companies or designers have been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is lacking in the required information.
• A complete design change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ period.
• The business is closing or changing its name or business.

Note: Infiniti Media INC holds all the rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Infiniti Media INC. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Your order will get archived if there is no response from your end for more than 2 weeks. Kindly get back to us within 2 business weeks otherwise your project will be archived due to lack of response as we pay our teams on an hourly basis and we cannot hold the resources for a period longer than 4 weeks from the date of initiation. To reactivate your project, you will have to pay a nominal fee depending on your project’s scope.

• Our unlimited revisions policy is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
• We aim at exceeding your expectations and strive to accomplish it.
• We do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your design (number of revisions will be according to your package).

• The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.
• The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 2 business days.

The allotted number of revisions is based on your scope and you can demand as many revisions as stated in your details.
